Bass Junkie Live

He began DJing back in '86 and swiftly started making his own tracks a year later which inevitably led to setting up his own studio. Miami based Dynamix II Records signed him in '93 and he released tracks as Cybernet Systems. Phils's musical output was also taken on by new British electro label, Panic Trax, and underground UK label, Audio Illusion Recordings. In 1996 Phil set up his own label 'Battle Trax and in '97 he began recording as Bass Junkie, releasing 2 eps on Parallax Records before signing to Ed DMX's Breakin' Records. He also records with Scott Weiser of Dynamix II as IBM (Industrial Bass Machine) their first ep being released in Battle Trax before being signed to Joey Boy in Miami.
