O.c.

Omar Credle made his first appearance on Organized Konfusion's 1991 classic "Fudge Pudge". As the group's unofficial third member (he grew up across the street from Pharoahe Monch) OC also appeared on the group's follow-up album on their first single "Let's Organize" which also featured Q-Tip. Later that same year he released his first album, "Word...Life" which was mostly produced by Buckwild, the newest member of DITC, who had been looking to hook up with OC since that first appearance. After the album dropped, OC was welcomed as a full-time member of Diggin' In The Crates. In 1997, OC dropped his follow-up album "Jewelz" which featured high-profile appearances from Organized Konfusion, Freddie Foxxx, DJ Premier and other members of DITC. Like most DITC albums, it didn't sell too well, but recieved high acclaim from critics and fans. OC has also made appearances on the America Is Dying Slowly compilation with the song "What I Represent", Lyricist Lounge Vol. 1 ("Action Guaranteed" with Ras Kass), and the soundtracks for Soul In the Hole ("Your Life"), and New Jersey Drive Vol. 2 ("You Won't Go Far" with Organized Konfusion). In 1999, OC released a single "Bonafied" which featured Jay-Z on the hook and was backed with "U-N-I". He also made show-stealing performances on Severe's "If Words Could Kill" and Xperado's "Watch Ya Step". His third solo album entitled, "Bon Appetit" was released in July 2001 with production and guest appearances from Wildlife members Show & AG, Lord Finesse, Buckwild, Ghetto Dwellas, A. Bless, Ahmed and others. Unfortunately the first single from the album, "Half Good, Half Sinner" was left off due to sample clearance problems. OC also made an appearance alongside Party Arty & A. Bless on the Wildlife EP, on the track "Bad Reputation".
