Striving to bring forth positivity in his lyrics, his consistent flow and rhyme patterns have received strong acclaim from fellow artists and music lovers. And now in 2006 arrives as second artist on the citywurl label, starting with his solo album coming out early 2007. Billy Palmier is a Brussels based artist. His music is a mix of jazz, hiphop, soul with an electronic touch, influenced by french hiphop from the nineties, soul, funk and electronic music. After several years of smaller bands it was time for mr. Palmier to do his own thing! While working in "la chapelle" music studio he started putting songs together for his first solo album, only a few featurings can be found. Ella Woods may be the most well known (The Platters) For the future there's more to come! He's working on a second part that will be a bit more uptempo, more eclectic and he's working on a house project.
