I Will, I Swear

I Will, I Swear is een jong Gents duo bestaande uit multi-instrumentalist Jonathan Van Landeghem (Say Hello To My Kids) en Fien Deman (Jagär). Ze brengen delicate, ingetogen melodieën die mooi samengaan met Fiens zuivere stemgeluid. Het tweetal bracht in mei single 'Long Days' uit op Unday Records, het label dat ook Trixie Whitley, Flying Horseman, Ian Clement en Dans Dans in de rangen heeft. B-kant 'Sleep' is een even groot succes en werd al opgepikt door Radio 1 en Studio Brussel.I will, I swear zette zichzelf op de kaart met wondermooie releases als Long Days/Sleep en Mess: stuk voor stuk delicate kunstwerkjes, aangedreven door een melancholische onderstroom die iedereen het zwijgen oplegt. Hun eerste EP “Strings of Gold” komt in mei uit op Unday Records en belooft heel erg straf te zijn. De band leverde ook de soundtrack voor internationale reclamecampagnes van modehuis Elie Saab en de Israëlische bruidsmode ontwerper Berta. Radio 1, Radio 2, MNM (Ultratop 50) en Studio Brussel pikten de muziek op, de internationale blog-gemeenschap kroop massaal in de pen en voorspelde de band een spannende toekomst. Ze worden getipt als een van de meest veelbelovende bands voor 2015.In februari 2015 werd I will, I swear winnaar van De Nieuwe Lichting op Studio Brussel.
