Mike Engine & Styx (dnbxxl, Engine Music, Nl)

DNBXXL is a bi-monthly drum n bass night hosted in the Tagrijn in Hilversum. Going strong for almost 5 years we featured both cutting edge up-and-coming producers and established dj's that built the scene as well as the top of the local scene. The resident dj's are Mike Engine, Styx, J-Dane and MC Jay. This collective of dnb enthusiasts take care of the programming for DNBXXL and do that with a forward thinking attitude and open curiosity to what's fresh in the scene. We've met and thuroughly enjoyed the company of (in random order): Goldie, Fabio, Flight, Teebee, Calyx, D-Bridge, Matrix, Fierce, Beta 2 & Zero Tolerance, Calibre, Marcus Intalex, Sonic & Silver, Digital, Artificial Intelligence, A-Sides, Spirit, Keaton, DJ Lee, Drifter (a.k.a.
